This movie shows a very short moment in the exploration of real/non-real, mathematical "infinitypedes", emerging and diving at a stately tempo, looking for their destination: Infinity! A selection of the infinitely great number of virtual infinitypedes (infinitely long millipedes with an infinitely high number of legs and feet ending in an infinitely high number of toes, turning into an infinitely high number of infinitely long millipedes...) move to the center of a constantly zoomed in, never ending spiral. Every infinitypede assumes its job in the best possible way, trying not to disturb its neighbors by keeping a constant distance after having entered in resonance with the system.
In order to symbolize the character of infinity, the progression is superposed by itself, rendered at different speeds and finally directions, in order to show that the beginning of infinity corresponds to its own end and that direction doesn't matter during its exploration.
The soundtrack of the movie is an excerpt of the "Finale" of the music, composed in May 1990 for the Luxemburgish choreographer Raymond Colling and his modern dance group "Trans". This part of the ballet is a kind of never ending procession, leading to a climax which does its job in its worst possible way: an opened end with sounds slowly dying after having closed any kind of musical movement, in accordance with the movie's zoom out.
