I finally figured out an acceptable exponential scaling technique in 3ds max to create an infinite zoom effect.
Let me know if you want a tutorial - or look forward to a more complicated zoom w/ tutorial. :)

3ds max, Illustrator texture, octane render, AE comp/effects
