Gyrfalcon's Hauberk gives a Reserve Overshield when finishing an enemy while invisible. Reserve Overshield gives increased class ability Regen. Using the Hunter's dive ability with utility kickstart does NOT use the Reserve Overshield and allow for 5 to 6 second cooldowns on dive. This is a little broken considering you can now suspend things like champions indefinitely. It stacks with Fr0st-EE5 and works with Sixth Coyote. The only time it will use Reserve Overshield is when you gain a chunk of class ability from an outside source such as Bolstering Grenades.
