Police in Canada are searching for an inept arsonist who set his pants on fire. In Richmond, B.C., on Canada's west coast, the RCMP, Canada's federal police, released a hilarious video hoping the public can identify two arsonists who did more damage to a pair of pants than to the business they had some beef with.
