We build and paint a large concrete base for some huge machine that has been removed or scrapped. Or maybe turned into a huge hive-wrecking robot. Great for Necromunda, Fallout, or any sort of post-apoc terrain where a large concrete edifice might come in handy for blocking line of sight.
