You can #barbecue indoors with just an oven. This tutorial reveals the secret. The trick is to use a substitute for the smoke that builds up on the surface and prevents drying. I'm using beef #brisket, but you can apply this method to spare ribs, pork shoulder (for #pulled_pork), beef back ribs, short ribs, pork baby back ribs, and more.
