PRIA ABU-ABU adalah agen CIA bernama Court Gentry (Ryan Gosling), alias Sierra Six. Setelah ditarik dari sebuah penjara federal dan direkrut oleh atasannya, Donald Fitzroy (Billy Bob Thornton), Gentry pun menjadi seorang pembunuh ulung yang dipekerjakan oleh CIA. Namun kini, situasi berbalik dan Six berubah menjadi sasaran yang diburu di berbagai penjuru dunia oleh Lloyd Hansen (Chris Evans), seorang rekanan CIA, yang takkan pernah berhenti sebelum membinasakan dirinya. Agen Dani Miranda (Ana de Armas) hadir memberikan bantuan yang dibutuhkan oleh Gentry.
