For many years, Atli Resources has been sustainably managing the forests on the traditional territories of the 'Namgis First Nation. In 2021, with support from the Indigenous Forestry Initiative and the Strategic Partnerships Initiative, Atli Resources and two of their partners – Wahkash Contracting and Paper Excellence Canada – acquired a wood chipping facility. This new business partnership is called Atli Chip LP.
