Here we have Commander Frost of Queen SnowStorm’s Army, he has lots of guilt after his Queen went mad and forced her army to steal all the eggs of the neighbouring settlement of SandWings. To the point, when Frost saw a SandWing hatch, he felt like this was his chance to prove he was not all bad, to his mother, to his Queen whom was insane, and to the guilt-ridden parents of those eggs.
Though he could never return the dragonet, since he was IceWing, and the Commander who lead the parties to the city to steal.

Symbolism:
White birds (Frost’s guilt)
Wings over eyes (Blindness to the Queen’s insanity)
Blur over eyes (Frost’s guilt blinding his actions)
The tear on his face (the guilt beginning to surface as he holds it in)
