Father Antonio - Vatican City Adventure Note
After relaxing for a bit (be sure to grab a Cornetto and chow down for an achievement!), Antonio will ask for proof about the Cat Mummy Thief. Hand over the Giant’s Pendant, and Antonio will mention the writings of a “mad” Father Crecenzo who mentioned giants that might fit the description. He’ll also remember seeing the symbol from the pendant in the libraries’ conservation room.
Once Antonio returns from his closet with a new pair of clothes, take the Clerical Suit from him to don your first (of several) disguises!
Clerical Suit Disguise
With this outfit (that you can swap between by taking out your satchel) you’ll be able to blend in among the other priests of the Vatican… to an extent. It also comes with a small staff as part of the uniform, meaning you’ll have a spare weapon on hand for emergencies, which can be fixed with a Repair Kit.
Not a moment too soon, as Father Ventura slips in to make his presence known. With the Pope indisposed due to illness, Ventura seemingly has the run of the place, and is responsible for opening the gates to Mussolini’s Blackshirt fascists who have now set up checkpoints and camps all over the place. This won’t be the last you see of this snake, so be on your guard whenever he’s about.
Search for the Symbol
Your search for the strange Vatican symbol begins in the Apostolic Library. With your Clerical Suit, you’ll be able to wander the area without arousing any suspicion, so head along the upper floor to take the stairs down to the lower level.
There’s not much you can do here, and you aren’t allowed to leave the library yet, but you can find a small Briscola Flyer note on one of the tables by the windows.

Look for where a man is trying to replace some lightbulbs and head through the door marked “Conservatore Deila”.
The room is quite sparse, but the wall behind the desk bears a cross,and below it the symbol that matches the Giant’s Pendant. Interact with it and pull it to the side to reveal a hidden passageway!

I just discovered this cool capcom 2d/3d underwater platformer Shinsekai: into the depths. This game is out on Nintendo Switch 1 and 2 and on Apple Arcade. I am playing on Nintendo Switch 2 and play the first 20 minutes of so, where I find all the bits I need to upgrade my suit, which i do, so I can go down to the lower depths (the red bit)!
