While learning Law of Torts, one very important question that we need to decode is, is it Law of Tort or Law of Torts.
In my first video, we understood the basics about the same and in the second video we understood the Wider Theory or the Sir Fredric Pollock's theory or Winfield's theory. In the third video we understood the Sir Jon Salmond's theory which is known as Pigeon Hole Theory or Narrower Theory.
