The conversation will be moderated by Sam Roggeveen, Director of the Lowy Institute’s International Security Program, and will feature Dhruva Jaishankar, the inaugural Dr Ram Sethi Fellow at the Lowy Institute and Executive Director of Observer Research Foundation America, as well as Shruti Pandalai, the inaugural Lowy Institute India Chair.
