On the evening of May 30th, 2023 me and my chase partner were filming sprites over a distant thunderstorm from Northeast Colorado when we captured the exceptionally rare and recently discovered Green Ghost.
Green Ghosts are a type of transient luminous event that occur above exceptionally power sprites.
