In Volume 150 Issue 24, Clayton Becker, Kenneth Poss and colleagues visualize and quantify JNK signaling dynamics at single-cell resolution in glial cell populations in developing zebrafish larvae and during injury-induced regeneration.

This video shows a 12 hour timelapse of a spinal cord acquired immediately after spinal cord injury directly anterior to the lesion.
