In the first part of this webinar, we presented several commonly used quality evaluation metrics applied during the preprocessing of fNIRS data. We focused on the advantages and limitations of each measure, as well as the added value of combining multiple metrics. We also demonstrated how these measures are implemented in the Satori fNIRS analysis software and how they can be effectively reported in scientific publications.
