I saw the movie and liked it, even if I was struggling with the first half thanks to sleep deprivation. This track plays during the pool scene, which I know stands out to many people for its depiction of innocent teenage love. Animenz adds some shimmery water effects in this arrangement that reminds me a little of what you might hear in Debussy or Ravel, as well as a Chopin Raindrop Prelude reference.

The piece sounds amazing on a proper concert grand. The recording doesn't even do it justice to what it feels like when all the sonorities open up during the climax. The thunderous A bass notes are especially impressive. The first time I tried recording it, they were so loud my ears were physically hurting on playback, so this final version I had to hold back 10-20% power.
