After three years of lockdown and a failed revolution, deep wounds and a strict security law characterize Hong Kong. After 10 years of construction, the M+ Museum, a masterpiece by Basel architects Herzog&deMeuron, opens. Patron Uli Sigg donated important Chinese contemporary art to the museum. The film highlights the role of the museum and the art scene in the debate about Hong Kong's future.
