It was a winter day with sludgy grey snow piles and I was thinking outloud and vlogging and looking for something interesting enough to be artsy fartsy when I thought of Monique and Steve, and the wonderful channel they have together called @CattailChronicles. They go out into the wilderness which is right in their backyards where they live in Colorado, they go to Rocky Mountain National Park regularly, they see all kinds of wildlife and gorgeous sunsets and sunrises and they take pictures and videos of it. I thought about how meaningful it is to show people in the second half of their life having a wonderful time. Looking for the fun and adventures because it's worth it. Because that's how they do life.
I thought about how I thought life was just going to be a trudging unhappy mess and how I'm happy for the example that it doesn't have to be.
