FWRI's Fisheries Independent Monitoring (FIM) is a long-term program designed to monitor the relative abundance of fisheries resources in Florida’s major estuarine, coastal, and reef systems. Data collected by FIM provides information on stock assessment, recruitment, habitat use, and the distribution of hundreds of estuarine and marine species.
