I kind of don't want to post the story to see if anyone can get it from just watching the video, because I try to make it as simple as possible...however, here it is: One of Eleven's "friends" [who we all know turns out being him...but anywho different story] is messing with his memories [perception filter, get it yet?] and, in turn, makes Rose a perception filter in his life. The Doctor knows that perception filters means that Rose is really not there [hint: the "Dreams, Delusions, Cheap tricks" quote]. However, he decides to ignore this and they travel together. But, after running almost loosing Rose and being killed he says "goodbye" to Rose [1:07]. But shortly after he calls she and they go traveling again. In the end the Doctor slowly forgets that she is a perception filter [can't get her out of her veins, is the song making sense yet?] but in the end she disappears because she is only a perception filter.
