#NewMusicFriday: I’d like to present to you our 50th online music video. I hadn’t realised that this would be the 50th until I managed the playlist on YouTube last week. The editing process has become easier as I’m more familiar with the tools I use, but the difficult task remains choosing who to be in a video. A lot of thought is put into considering whose voices work best together. I went through the past videos and invited these four ladies to sing together. These are some of the best voices I’ve ever heard. I thought they’d sound beautiful together and they absolutely do! It’s not the first time you’ve seen these faces in my videos because, not only are they incredibly talented, they’re also wonderful people to work with. Here’s a medley of ‘In My Dreams’ and ‘Journey to the Past’ from Anastasia performed by Darcy, Ruby, Matilda and Charlotte. This is one of the online videos that I want to turn into a live performance when theatres reopen. Enjoy their powerful singing with the beautiful orchestration from the Broadway cast album!
