This was quite the challenge! As a level 2 Cleric, my next prompt was "Thinking back on the events of that time, she could only shake her head" and needed to use the music genre "classical."
I figured voiceovers would be the most helpful to tell the story I wanted to tell and then I found an excuse to edit AerTi and well... this happened. The masks might be a little rough but I really love the manips and how the masks turned out in the end. I hope you all enjoy this too.
Story:
Tifa and Aerith fell in love while Aerith was still alive. After her death, Tifa keeps seeing Aerith in her dreams, whether just a figment of her imagination or Aerith communicating with her from the Lifestream. Despite how much they love each other, Aerith warns Tifa that she can't fall in love with her again because she's not alive anymore and wants Tifa to move on, reassuring her they'll meet again in the Lifestream.
Tifa comes to accept Aerith's death and thanks her for all the love Aerith has shown her even after her death. Aerith thanks Tifa for loving her the same and lets Tifa know that everything will be alright.

This is my entry for round 3 of CYE. The theme for this round was a drop of ink and we had to pick one of the quotes provided and in some way, represent the quote in our video.
My quote:

I wanted to go for a literal, and yet abstract, approach to this quote. I wanted Josh and Jodie to literally be the same person but for there to be a reason that wasnt supernatural. Which is why you get a long story to explain this video.
Story:
Josh hasnt been doing well for a long time, but when he was taking his medication it was at least manageable. After he stopped taking his meds he started noticing things that didnt seem quite right, little things like wearing nail polish or he starts seeing a random girl every once in a while. He starts getting scared to look at himself, afraid of what hell see, and covers up the mirror.
Flash to Jodie, whos visiting her family after a long absence. Everything seems to be fine until she feels odd, like shes not exactly herself. After experiencing a nosebleed, she passes out (or Josh does at least).
Jodie wakes up in the hospital, unsure whats going on and why everything is going wrong, why everything is changing. In her room, she finds a folder and assuming its hers, she opens it to read the contents. But it isnt hers, its Joshs. She looks around her room again, unable to grasp what is going on around her when she finds a family photograph of the Washington family. But theres someone there shes doesnt remember: Josh. Why does it say Hannah and Beth are his sisters? Theyre hers, shes been going to visiting their graves for months.
Its then that the reality of the situation truly sinks in. Why shes been finding odd things in her room. Why Josh has found his room looking more and more like Hannahs used to.
Jodie doesnt really exist, shes Josh. Unable to accept the revelation, Josh breaks the mirror, unsure how to make everything go back to how it was.

This is my entry for Round 3 of TheShadoWings Little Sentiments contest. The category for this round is storge, familial love, and its dedicated to family and the bonds that family create.
I can start off by saying that Jim and Silver arent related by blood, but through the course of the movie a strong family bond is formed. Jims father ignored him as a child and then left him and his mom when he was very young, while Silver has associated himself as a pirate who doesnt need anybody else. But that changes when they meet each other. Suddenly Jim has someone wholl stand up for him, encourage him, teach him, and even take care of him. Suddenly Silver isnt by himself anymore because hes grown to love this young man and he wants to be able to help him and see him succeed. Jim finally has a dad and Silver has a son that he never knew how much he wanted. I chose them because sometimes found family is even better than blood family. They both thought they were fine on their own only to find out they were better with each other.
