In this livestream we will look at Mark 1:2-3 with a view to his ascription of the quotation to the prophet Isaiah, which many people stumble over and some charge with error since at least part of his quotation comes from the prophet Malachi. It will be seen that Mark did not make a mistake, what he does is commonplace, and insight into what Mark does here is crucial to the ensuing narrative.
