In Effect's Josh Derr once again hits up the parking lot of the annually held This Is Hardcore Festival in Philadelphia to get some interesting and candid interactions with some of the people who make up this great and diverse scene of ours. Interviews were conducted on July 27th, 28th, 29th of 2018 and included individuals from 12 countries spanning 5 continents showing the global reach of not only TIHC but also the worldwide hardcore scene.
