Be patient and only fire when he is at a stop. Imurah isn't too aggressive during his 1st phase so use that time to find the location of ammo or heals.
You can use the pillars as cover during his bullet hell and whatever bomb move he uses when he's in the center.
2nd phase he's gonna be in your face. Teleporting around using trickery. It's imperative to focus on the timing of your dodges or parries for survival in this phase. Staggering him or using gun strikes will be key for big damage. Don't forget you can parry normal attacks that don't have an indicator.
