Kuokka77 | Impulse Tracker music: Sphenx - Bubbles (AWE64 Gold) @Kuokka77 | Uploaded April 2022 | Updated October 2024, 1 week ago.
"Bubbles" v0.95 (2002) by Sphenx.
Art "Dreamland" by Rygar/Illusion, 1st at Primavera 1 - 1994.
The ending is odd. There's a note or notes "left hanging", which does not happen if you play this in XMPlay (said to be very accurate with IT tracks). But surely an actual Impulse Tracker is accurate enough? Was it because i used 2.14v5 instead of 2.14v3 which is what the track comment mentioned? Who knows... I guess i could've "borrowed" the ending from an XMPlay wave write for this video, but i decided to present the tune just how it came out. Well, almost. I did a fade out to shut the hanging notes up :)
- Retro PC circa 2002. MS-DOS 7.1 (Win98SE), Athlon XP 2200+ etc.
- Impulse Tracker 2.14v5 and AWE64 Gold CT4390 (as SB16) analog out
- Maxed out channels (/L256), this track goes virtual up to the max
- 32-bit interpolation and 45454 mixing rate, filter and feedback disabled
- MIXERSET.EXE treble and bass in neutral position (no fade or boost)
