It may not be perfect and there is still some play but it's a BIG improvement on the NX 12 speed derailleur's mounting bolt. The wave spring washer costs around $12 with tax for a pack of 10. Anyone wanting to try this, I will send a free wave washer to the first 7 people that request one as a thank you for watching. The newer XX1 b-bolt kit below should work much better:
