We are on in mission in 2023 to build better processes at SMW! One of the first steps has been making Process Bins. These bins are visually unique (with green tape) and contain information about a part, process, machine, etc.

SMW parts have process bins with laminated setup sheets, QR codes to informational videos, and QC gages. Our air compressor has a process bin with the manual, extra fuses, and a copy of the last filter/service order! They are a great way to document 'tribal' knowledge and make it easy to make good decisions about running a shop!
