Trick discovered by Bewildebeest, the setup to get through the wall was improved my Nimzo and Jeez, Doopsie incorporated the Sidehop into Iron Boots, and I incorporated the improved slash up.
This trick saves over 2 minutes in All Dungeons and 100%, as it skips the first Key Shard, and the slow magnetic ceiling room.
1. Jump onto the railing (you may also Jumpslash if you'd like)
2. Walk towards the right edge of the railing. Make sure Link's right foot is off the ledge, and his left foot is just about to pass it
3. C-Up and line up the hearts with the line seen (the line should be in the middle of hearts 2 and 3).
Alternate visual cue: C-Up until the eft side of the screen meets the right side of the red vertical beam
4. Sidehop right to pass the invisible wall (You may have to do extra Sidehops depending on how close you were to the edge)
5. Jumpslash, Slash, then Jumpslash 2 times
6. Hold downleftish into the corner (Do NOT be in the notch, this will make you slide off. This isn't too precise)
7. Sidehop, and mid-sidehop, put on Iron Boots
8. Hold Right into the corner
9. Hold B to start a spin attack, Release L, then release B, all while still holding right
Alternate: While still holding right, release L then press B right after
10. Tap up after clipping up to get the angle
11. Backhop once, then Sidehop right
You may also Sidehop left instead of doing a backhop
