Today I’m making an improved inverted cocktail with rum & coffee foam! It may look like Dalgona Coffee, but the Inverted White Cuban combines rum, cocoa, yogurt and coffee to create a delicious treat - perfect for our celebration of 100,000 YouTube subscribers! That’s right, we recently received the Silver Creator Award and we couldn’t be more thankful, so to raise a toast to all you Friends of Cocktails I made a riff on our first viral drink: The Inverted White Russian. Instead of vodka I went for a cocoa fat-washed rum, the creaminess will come from some Yogurt Liqueur and then we’ll crown it all with a Specialty Coffee Foam.
