👇🏼 VBR adjusts the bit rate dynamically, based on the complexity of your scene. This can reduce the file size up to 50%. But, this could also result in lower quality.

If you choose CBR, the bit rate will stay consistent. Therefore you will have the best quality possible. I always use CBR when shooting, to get the best quality. But if you want to save space, you can use VBR.
