The importance of wheels in tennis. For athletes on the wheelchair tennis circuit, the importance of having the right set of wheels is paramount. A well-fitting set of wheels – assessed and measured to fit an individual’s size and classification – will mean wheels responds to every movement from the tennis player, improving court coverage, speed and shot power, and reducing the risk of injury in the process.
