In this episode, we're going to talk about the importance of community. What I realize is that as a gladiator, as a change agent, as a mover and shaker, as a leader, whatever you call yourself, we have a tendency to default first to run in solo.
I don't know about you, but that's a natural default to me. And I have to remind myself that while I can do it alone, doing it in a community feels better. And so I want to, just for a moment, share with you some of the benefits.
