Three juveniles have been arrested and are facing criminal charges following an armed carjacking on Indy's near north side. Around 1:30 early Tuesday morning, IMPD was called to this Mobile on Central avenue by a man who reported he'd been carjacked a couple of blocks north of the gas station by 5 young men wearing masks and armed with handguns.
