Aurora Magnitude by zircon and Jeff Ball (violin), from the Globulous Original Soundtrack. An uptempo VGM (video game music) track with a mysterious & atmospheric mood, driving rhythmic groove, and a mix of acoustic & EDM elements!
The inspirations for this soundtrack were really varied, ranging from the soft ambience of Machinariums score, the electro-acoustic fusion of Bastion, and NES-era chiptunes. Creating a cohesive style took experimentation; we played off of each others techniques a lot. We wanted the music to be exciting and interesting, without being too chaotic or distracting. It was a great challenge that kept us highly creative throughout the project. We hope you enjoy our music as much as we enjoyed writing it!
ABOUT ZIRCON: zircon (Andrew Aversa) is an EDM / electronic music producer, remixer, and game soundtrack composer.
