britoca | Immortal Cities: Children of the Nile - Gameplay @britoca | Uploaded November 2020 | Updated October 2024, 1 hour ago.
Here's a clip showing some gameplay and some sights of the one of my cities in the game.
I didn't put much effort into monuments on this one, so there's no grand pyramids or anything like that, mostly some statues and obelisks, but you can still see it's a very detailed game, the graphics and colors are great.
The game is full of details like individual statues in each temple to which the citizens pray to, or the Nile rising and flooding the plains with the passing seasons, and the sun sets and rises. You can also follow each citizen in their daily chores and activities; priests go around praying at temples or caring for the sick at the hospitals, farmers gather food once the flood waters recede, laborers carve stone blocks at the quarries, etc, etc, you get the idea.
Sorry the video came out a bit jerky, I haven't played it in a while and wasn't very used to the mouse controls anymore.
Anyways, enjoy.
