𝙄𝙢𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙮 : 𝙑𝙤𝙡𝙪𝙢𝙚 𝙄 - 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝘽𝙚𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 - trailer (long)

𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘉𝘦𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 encompasses the first decade of Ensamble Studio’s work – from their formation to the creation of some of their unique early constructions in Santiago de Compostela and Madrid, including their experimental project 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘛𝘳𝘶𝘧𝘧𝘭𝘦.

𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘉𝘦𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 covers the first decade of their work from the formation of Ensamble Studio to the design and build of some of their early unique constructions in Santiago de Compostela and Madrid. Early on, they realized that their unconventional designs were not something that could be left to an outside contractor to build. So they spent months in a quarry in Galicia gathering valuable knowledge about the stone and construction. To have a base nearby, they purchased a piece of land in Galicia and built a small glass house for themselves and used the surrounding backyard as a testing ground for their experiments and making models. It was on that land that they experimented with construction 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘛𝘳𝘶𝘧𝘧𝘭𝘦, a structure made from the earth which became a pivotal point for their later designs, forming an understanding of and building with nature.
