Regina Meredith, Keynote Speaker for IMEC 2020, is one of the most respected TV hosts and bloggers in the world of esoteric studies, health discoveries, politics and secret agendas. As the co-founder of Conscious Media Network, host of OpenMinds on Gaia TV, and the founder of her own free streaming video network at ReginaMeredith.com, Regina has reached millions with messages of hope and enlightenment.
Regina Meredith began her career in journalism in the 1970s as one of the first female sportscasters, eventually working for NBC in New York alongside Bryant Gumble. Regina has worked as: news anchor, show host, documentary producer, writer, author, and series host of the PBS national series Regina’s Vegetarian Table. In 2004, she and her former husband Scott Meredith founded Conscious Media Network (CMN) which in 2012 was bought by Gaiam to form GaiamTV (now GAIA).
Regina continues to host her Open Minds show on GAIA, interviewing experts and researchers with a goal to provide information to people that could liberate us from conditions and mindsets that no longer serve us, and gain sustainable and beautiful options for living.
