In Issue 3, Elisabeth Kugler, Tim Chico, Paul Armitage and colleagues introduce zebrafish vasculature quantification (ZVQ), an image analysis pipeline for quantifying 3D cerebrovascular architecture in zebrafish. The movie shows the vasculature in a 2-day post fertilisation embryo, detected by ZVQ.
