Apply Threshold and set Amount to 0.07
Apply Gradient Map:

[Audio]
Apply ExpressFX Graphic EQ and change these parameters:
28 - 24,0
113 - 24,0
450 - 24,0

7.2k - 24,0
Output gain: -10,5 dB
Duplicate into five audio tracks. The pitch set is:
