In this video, I discuss the music that is helping me cope through a time of change in my life. Moving from Kentucky to Florida along with major home renovations has left me tired, stressed out and very discouraged. The albums I show in this video strike the perfect balance of allowing me to feel normal feelings of sadness while also lifting me up. Music has been a huge help for me during this exhausting time and I wanted to share these incredible records with you.
I also want to lift up the people of Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and Kentucky during this difficult time due to Hurricane Helene.
