In the last few weeks we've had a report of character concerns, Carter looking visibly exhausted against Ohio State and now a fairly underwhelming finale in the playoffs against TCU. I'm struggling to think he would be the prize choice in the top-five many #seahawks seem to have convinced themselves he is.
