Spoilers for Season 2 of AoS.

I’m glad I’ve finally made a FitzSimmons video with season 2 only. That’s the point of this. I admit for a long while I was holding onto the FitzSimmons of season 1. I was enjoying the new FitzSimmons but I was still pining over the science babies from last year. Gradually, I have come out of that and with “Leo” it was official. I have said goodbye to season 1 and I am loving what is happening in season 2 (not that I wasn’t already, but it’s official now. xD) And can we talk about “Leo?” That was one of the biggest things ever, no matter what anyone says. xD And the hand-holding. Oh the hand-holding, the first official time they’ve really held hands (cuz in season 1 she put his hand on his but it wasn’t the same.) Oops I’ve gone off on a tangent.
Anyway, yay for season 2 FitzSimmons. This video is to make up for the fact that I haven’t made a season 2-only video yet. And I wanted to edit to the current episodes. So this video is supposed to depict the few good moments they’ve had contrasted with the bad, and how much they’ve been yearning for each other but unable to bridge the distance. And then it all came together in episode 15 when she held his hand. I need to take a minute on that. Because everyone believed Fitz and Simmons would have to have some giant blow-up conversation and there would be yelling and truths would be told and crying would be involved. We thought that was what it would take for them to finally communicate. We forgot that with FitzSimmons, ¾ of it is about the words that aren’t said. “Let me show you” is a famous line, and that’s exactly what they do. They don’t say how much they mean to each other, they show it. That’s what Simmons did by reaching out and holding his hand. It showed him that in spite of all their fighting she still loved him and was still willing to work through things. And then Fitz held it back, which reciprocated what she was saying and basically put them on the same wave length again. And then the next episode we got a sandwich. So yeah, I’m in a PRETTY GOOD MOOD right now. The writers are taking care of our science babies.
Lol the funny thing is this video is a vent-ish one about the emotion that’s been going on between them. I didn’t have the heart to do it earlier because things were so bad. Now that they’re good it’s like “Ok, I can make an emotional video now about the struggles of season 2 because things are looking up!”
Editing is simple. Went for some beats and tried a new coloring but it looks the same as others I’ve done. Boo hoo. And I know this song kind of doesn’t fit them (except for the sweater bit xD). I just really felt like editing to this song. Honestly, I wanted to do a video with Neptune by Sleeping At Last, because it is PERFECT for season 2. But I couldn’t get in the mood to use it. It’s annoying how that happens sometimes!
I have so many Shield projects I want to do and no time. But look forward to some season 2 videos, because I really want to make some! Also, there might not be another FitzSimmons video for a bit cuz I feel like I’m neglecting the others on the team. xD

Its been a little over a month, and The ABC Project is finally going again! And I dont plan on taking any more breaks!
By the way, like the video says, this has Kannon spoilers (Kannon 2006) and theyre bad spoilers for the ending... So if you plan on watching it then dont watch the video or read the description!
I knew what I wanted to do for letter Q a month before I even started working on it. ^^ I recently watched Kannon and finished it, and I wanted to make a video with it. But I had so much going on at Christmas and then in January Id be starting ABC again so I thought I wouldnt have time to make a video. Thats why I decided to just have letter Q be the Kannon video I wanted to make. ^^ And then it took forever to choose a song... In the end I chose the theme last ^^; So thats why the theme might not be a very good this time around... (Q is a hard letter @ @)
This video is supposed to be based completely on the story of Kannon (particularly the story of Yuichi and Ayu). I really wanted to make an emotional video with them since I love their pairing X3 And I also wanted a simple video with simple effects... I guess I used the same effects a lot throughout it, but I thought that would give it a uniform look. xD All together I enjoyed making it and I really like how it turned out. Also, I wanted to use the whole song but knew I would run out of footage if I tried. T—T
Concerning the story and what this video is about:
Well this video is all about Yuichi and Ayu forgetting the most important part of their past, but they dont realize that until its too late...
If youve seen the show you should know what I mean, but for those who havent Ill explain a bit more. ^^
Yuichi comes back to the town where he used to spend his summers as a child. For some reason, he can remember nothing about this town. He meets a girl in town and later realizes he knew her from his childhood. However, the details of back then are still fuzzy to him. Meanwhile, Ayu cant remember anything either. She tells him shes looking for something shes lost but she cant remember what it is, only that she has to find it; he starts helping her look for it and they become friends that way.
As time goes on Yuichi begins to remember more and more about the time he spent with Ayu when he was a kid, and while this is going on he has the feeling that hes forgetting something horrible; hes afraid to remember that part.
Some things happen, and Ayu realizes that her life may be false. She disappears and Yuichi searches for her, and eventually he finds the item she was looking for, the item she couldnt remember. By that time Yuichi has remembered what happened when they were children: Ayu fell from the tree they used to play at.
(Sorry, I realize the story is confusing. ^^; I hope you can still enjoy the video)
*Oh, and I know Ayu looks like shes 12, but shes actually the same age he is xD
**And I HAD to make a good Ayu x Yuichi video. Ive looked and havent found a single one. Why the heck are he and Makoto so popular? DX Its not the main pairing!

Masterpiece Theatre III by Marianas Trench is a song that takes you through a journey, and thats why I decided to use it. Since The ABC Project was a journey for me, I wanted the final letter to be something of a journey itself. I tried to give life to the lyrics and the song with every piece of footage I used, and I hope I succeeded with that.
The Editing:
Ive made a lot of multifandoms in the past, but they always seem a little all-over-the-place to me. I wanted this one to be very well structured and I hope I was able to blend the footage well. Also, since this was the last letter I wanted to put all my editing skills into the making of this video! I tried to make sure every part had good effects that I actually put thought into. I guess that sounds strange since I used more raw-like effects... Well, I didnt want to take away from the footage with too many effects. ^^ I just wanted to enhance the footage. That was my thinking behind a lot of this project.
Oh, and another big part of my thinking behind this? MEPs. Ive always loved the idea of a one-man MEP. Although this isnt that, its still a video with different sections (sort of) and its not just randomly blending footage together. At least, its not supposed to be.
I decided on this song for reasons previously stated, plus its my current favorite song from my favorite band. And then, I started editing. I was terrified of starting xD Because I had all these ideas in my head and I was sure they wouldnt turn out like I wanted... This song is just so awesome that it was so intimidating. I still remember the first few seconds of editing where I was just thinking Yep. This is gonna turn out horrible. I couldnt even see myself getting to the end o o so its shocking Ive actually finished! Oh, and I want to say, I could not have chosen a better song. After months of editing to one thing, I thought I would get tired of it and the video at some point, but this song never got old. I still love the song just as much now as I did when I started the video, and it just shows you how awesome Marianas Trench is!
This project was so big, I had to write out a plan for it beforehand. I had certain footage I wanted to use for certain parts of the song, and I wanted to make sure every fandom got its time to shine.
While editing this I split it four parts. If I didnt do that my computer probably wouldve exploded... Each part took different amounts of time to finish and they each had their challenges. I dont think I could be happier about this video! Im SO proud of it, and I shed some tears when it was ending. This is the greatest video Ive ever done. Definitely. But hopefully not the greatest I ever do! It would be amazing if I could make another video someday that would turn out this good. For now though, its number one. ;D
Im so happy to be finishing! But also a bit sad. I love The ABC Project so much and Im sad I wont get to do it anymore! Even if 26 videos doesnt seem like a big deal, it was, and it took so much work and so long to complete but it was worth it. Ive improved so much as an editor since the beginning! This video project was sort of a chapter of my life, or at least, of my editing career and its hard to believe its really over!
I dedicate this last video to all my friends who have supported this project this whole time! Particularly Kan and Kao, two who started the project with me, the lovely commenters Neopets4Life494, RaikoElric, and FF3710Freak who left nice comments on nearly every video, and most of all, my best friend Dez who convinced me to do the project in the first place and who cheered me on the whole time. All of you have helped bring this giant to completion!
I hope everyone who sees this video enjoys it! Because thats what all this hard work was for.

Video H for the ABC Project!
By far my best ABC video yet! I knew this video would kill me, but I never thought the part that would kill me would be the rendering! @ @
In any case, I hope everyone can enjoy this video, even if you dont care for the couple.
This is the first UlquiHime video Ive ever made. I know the entire video isnt UlquiHime but the main focus totally is!
I had such high expectations for this video when I started it, and the video pretty much lived up to them! So Im very happy. Also, this video pushed me to download Bleach clips that Id been wanting for a year and just never got around to downloading. So I finally have UlquiHime clips and can now edit with them whenever I want!
BTW if you dont know what UlquiHime is, it is a pairing name. The pairing can be seen from to and the two characters are Inoue Orihime and Ulquiorra from Bleach. One of my fave pairings ever~
When I decided to use the theme Heart for H, and then found the song Id be using it just screamed UlquiHime. After all, how could I have the theme heart and NOT use UlquiHime? XD
This song is so special because its very pretty and nice until at one point it blows up and becomes amazing, much like its title. (Do hearts blow up and become amazing? I wouldnt know.)
But I wanted the video to reflect that aspect of the song, and I really hope that I succeeded in that. Did the middle surprise you? XD I hope it did. Having UlquiHime jump out mustve been genius~
While making this video I tended to squeal a lot. X3 It was challenging but really awesome. However...
This video gave me SO much stress. T T My vegas and computer gave me such a frikkin hard time! My computers sort of getting old... Im not too sure how long videos are going to go in the future.
Two parts I had to render twice so the quality is meh.
And so many times vegas wouldnt render it... I wanted to get this up Sunday and now its Wednesday. =.=;
Anyway Im so happy it worked out and Im able to upload it!
Unfortunatley timing is off in places and there is a huge audio mess up. T T
But I am NOT rendering again for the life of me! So Ill just have to deal with it.
All while making this video I really loved it! But the rendering gave me such a hard time that I grew tired of this video. Thats the last thing I wanted to happen so I REALLLY hate my vegas now. T—T
