In seven years of playing The Division 2, I have never seriously used this Rifle, and somehow one of the rarest rifles in the game has been sitting under my radar this entire time. What makes this weapon crazy is that it genuinely feels like it has zero weaknesses. It hits hard, has incredible accuracy and stability, great range, a fast reload, and enough magazine capacity to consistently put out damage. Even in a sandbox where rifles still feel underwhelming overall, the UIC-15 MOD 2 completely overperforms, and after testing it in high-level content, I realized something even crazier: we finally have a legitimate alternative to Striker and this is BEFORE the Rifle Gearset buffs coming… This thing can absolutely perform in Tier 10s, Incursions, and some of the hardest content in the game without making you feel like you’re handicapping yourself for not running the meta.
