This is probably a long overdue video, but Apple has finally run through all of the goodwill it's built up over the years. I don't know where the company lost it's way, but it's releasing products and services the Apple of 10 or 15 years ago never would, and certainly not in the shape they are in. It's disappointing, and it needs to change, but until then, Apple gets treated like everyone else.
