This Ryu stressed me out so much, I couldn't run it back. I had been in barn-burners all night and ran into him. GGs my man. I owe you runback. After further review of the ending sequence in Round 2, I dropped that combo. I was wondering why the damage wasn't scaled. He essentially lost half...in other words there was a divorce.
