FAQ
Can I read the same book for multiple challenges?
Yes! We are aware not everyone can read many books in one week, so go for it!
Do I have to make a bingo?
No you don’t! You can read books from only the corners, or only the center, or make a line, or pick random squares, it’s all up to you. You can read 2 books or 14 books (we would be very impressed if you managed this!), the goal of this readathon is to be as flexible as possible.
Are you on other platforms?
Yes, we are @queer_lit on Twitter (where we do casual chats/sprints, and boast other Queer Lit Tweets) and Instagram (where we post pictures of queer books year round, as well as recommendations leading up to each round).
When does the readathon start?
Midnight on December 3rd in your own time zone (or whichever time zone you want to pretend to be in for that week).
Should I caption my TBR video?
Yes, please! In fact, it would be great if you captioned all of your videos. The auto-generated captions have gotten better over the past couple of years, but they still don't understand everything people say, and are clueless about punctuation and capitalization. Making sure your content is accessible is just the right thing to do.
