"I'm Only Shooting Love" is a hit 1983 new wave and soul single by the Dutch band Time Bandits. Written and sung by frontman Alides Hidding, the track was a massive international success, reaching the top of the charts in New Zealand in 1984 and charting highly in Australia.The song was included on their self-titled second studio album released in 1983 and remains one of the band's most recognizable signature tracks alongside "Endless Road" and "I'm Specialized in You". It was highly praised for its slick production by Pim Koopman and infectious synth-pop sound that dominated the 80s.
