Songs: I'm Only Joking by KONGOS and Aha! by Imogen Heap

Another Kitsuneology villain, this time one named Joker. He's the kinda guy who plays pranks that could easily injure or even kill his victim(s) and he knows this but he doesn't care, as long as he gets a cheap laugh out of it. I'm not sure whether he'll be a one-shot character or a recurring one, though.
