These sessions would be peer support conversations only. I am not a licensed therapist, counselor, psychologist, psychiatrist, or medical provider. These sessions are not therapy, counseling, diagnosis, treatment, crisis care, or a substitute for licensed mental health care.
I am offering non-clinical support, reflective conversation, and perspective grounded in lived experience with deconversion, religious trauma dynamics, and identity rebuilding after Christianity.
If you are in crisis, feel unsafe, are considering self-harm, or believe someone may be in immediate danger, call or text 988, or call 911 if there is an immediate emergency.
I do not guarantee specific emotional, psychological, relational, or mental health outcomes.
If it becomes clear during or before a session that you need clinical care, crisis support, legal advice, or another form of specialized help, I may encourage you to seek an appropriately licensed professional.
